I joined Raunds Temperance Band in 1997, having just started to play the drums at aged 12, with lessons from school. I had an awesome private teacher and kept improving. I have been with Raunds Band ever since, learning to play Timpani and Tuned but mainly playing the Drum Kit. I love it! I had the opportunity to play in the Royal Albert Hall in 2000 at the 4th Section Finals and since then, the band has progressed up to Championship. We are currently a First Section Band. I also joined the Northamptonshire County Youth Brass Band for 4 years, touring Austria and playing in competitions. I am currently Chairperson at Raunds Band, so I like to get involved

Joining the band in May 2009 Anthea plays for the City of Cambridge Band, is a Head Teacher and her son, Jonathan, plays for Brighouse and Rastrick

I started playing percussion since I was high school student in Japan - it's long time ago! I enjoy playing any type of percussion as well as playing with various bands and people. About 7 years ago, I moved into London and since then, I have been playing as a Fulham's player.
